Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and dynamic female Business Development Executive (BDE) who is sharp, zealous, and ready to take charge of our marketing and client engagement strategies. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, enhancing our brand presence, and helping Cyrasoft reach new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and brand visibility.
• Design and publish compelling content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Justdial.
• Handle inbound leads and client queries with professionalism and urgency.
• Make confident outbound calls and pitch our services effectively to generate new business.
• Launch and manage social media ad campaigns to generate leads and track ROI.
• Assist with basic HR and office coordination activities as required.
• Prepare regular performance reports and maintain consistency in brand voice and campaign frequency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, energetic, and confident personality
• Ability to think creatively and work independently
• Familiarity with social media marketing tools and paid promotion strategies
• A basic understanding of HR and admin functions is an added advantage

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: Flexible working hours (as per requirement)
