Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its dynamics.
