Location: Calicut, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000/month + High Incentives + Rewards We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and motivated Business Development Officer to join our winning team. Key Responsibilities: Actively engage with new and existing customers with a positive and professional approach Follow up regularly with leads and inquiries to ensure conversion Execute effective sales strategies to close deals confidently Maintain clear and accurate records of all sales, enquiries, and customer interactions Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and submit tenders with precision Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations Travel locally and out-of-state when needed to close priority sales Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project delivery Report directly to management and contribute to business planning What We’re Looking For: Experience in project or material sales (preferably B2B or construction-related) Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships Strong communication & negotiation skills in Malayalam, English, Hindi & Tamil Familiarity with digital/online marketing tools is a plus Strong documentation and reporting skills Male candidates preferred due to travel and field work requirements Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
