We're on the lookout for a talented and driven Junior Architect to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Concept Designing : Assist in developing innovative and functional architectural design concepts for residential, commercial, and interior projects. 3D Visualization : Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and architectural visualizations using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent. Interior Design Support : Collaborate with the interior design team to develop space planning, material selection, and detailed interior layouts. Execution Drawings : Prepare detailed architectural and interior execution drawings, working drawings, and construction documents. Client Coordination : Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Understand client requirements and translate them into creative design solutions. Site Coordination : Assist in project supervision, liaise with contractors, and ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 0–2 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software like Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape. Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and material selection. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Willingness to visit sites and meet clients as required.
