Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and field visits
  • Promote broking services such as equity trading, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, or insurance products
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Assist clients with account opening and documentation
  • Stay updated on market trends and product offerings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Finance preferred)
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
  • Experience in financial services or brocking industry preferred
