Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and field visits
Promote broking services such as equity trading, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, or insurance products
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Assist clients with account opening and documentation
Stay updated on market trends and product offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Finance preferred)
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
Experience in financial services or brocking industry preferred
