Business Development Officer (BDO)

Job Summary

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for increasing sales and brand presence through indoor showroom sales and outdoor business development activities. The role includes customer handling, order closures, and expanding business through exhibitions, collaborations, and field visits.

Responsibilities (Field Work)

• Visit boutiques, resellers, fashion studios, and corporate clients to generate bulk orders
• Promote the brand through exhibitions, pop-ups, trunk shows, and fashion events
• Build relationships with fashion designers, wedding planners, stylists, and influencers
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Generate leads through outdoor visits and convert them into sales
• Follow up with clients for payments, repeat orders, and referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate (any discipline; fashion/retail background preferred)

· Experience in sales, business development, or retail (fashion/apparel preferred)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

· Willingness to work both indoor (store) and outdoor (field)

· Knowledge of women’s fashion trends, fabrics, and styling

· Presentable personality and target-oriented mindset

· Good English speaking and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
