Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join Victoria Travels Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager for our MICE and Business Travel Division.
This mid-level role reporting into the Regional Head Business Development focuses on maintaining and growing corporate relationships, driving sales, and enhancing client wallet share in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to generate repeat MICE and business travel opportunities.

· Identify and onboard new corporate accounts to expand the company’s business portfolio.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of MICE programs and travel solutions.

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

· Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.

· Deliver superior client servicing and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Generate periodic sales reports and provide insights for business improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Min. 4-5 years of proven experience in MICE Sales / Business Travel Sales with a strong record of achieving targets.

· Established network in the corporate and travel industry preferred.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
