Business Development – Merchant Success Manager

This is not your average desk job. You'll be on the field building meaningful relationships with local merchants—restaurants, salons, and retail stores—helping them engage their customers, boost loyalty, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Engagement & Onboarding

• Meet and onboard merchants onto the MyMints platform
• Train staff to issue & redeem rewards, set up QR codes, and drive visibility
• Be the go-to support contact for merchants’ day-to-day needs

Execution & Adoption

• Ensure active use of our loyalty program by merchants
• Track performance, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
• Drive new ideas to maximize customer engagement & ROI

Relationship Management & Growth

• Build trusted long-term relationships with partners
• Support campaign planning and occasional activations
• Identify referral and upsell opportunities
• Maintain accurate merchant health and performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹4–5 years in customer success, account management, or merchant engagement

🔹Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

🔹Comfortable with on-ground support, training, and relationship-building

🔹Tech-savvy with CRM tools, mobile apps & Google Sheets

🔹Fluent in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a bonus)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with platforms like Zomato, Paytm, Magicpin, DotPe, or Dineout
• Knowledge of loyalty programs, POS systems, or digital wallets
• Background supporting SMBs or local businesses
