Office Maintenance & Cleanliness Ensure the office premises, furniture, equipment, and common areas (like reception, pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms) are clean and well-maintained. Regular dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of desks, windows, and workstations. Dispose of waste and keep the surroundings tidy at all times. 2. Pantry & Refreshments Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Maintain cleanliness in the pantry and ensure all utensils are washed and arranged properly. Keep track of pantry items and inform the Admin/HR if stock is running low. 3. Document Handling & Office Support Deliver and collect documents, files, and couriers within and outside the office as instructed. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Support administrative staff in day-to-day tasks. 4. Visitor Assistance Welcome and assist guests or clients courteously. Offer water, tea, or coffee and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
