Job Description


Join us at Quantazone as an Associate - Business Development, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our global presence, securing new clients, and driving revenue generation in the service industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify and collect information on potential B2B clients.

2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.

3. Implement a combination of outbound and inbound lead generation strategies including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing.

4. Schedule appointments and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present Quantazone's solutions in Finance, HRMS, Marketing, and Cloud Services.

5. Engage in regular follow-ups, manage the sales pipeline, and build strong client relationships for long-term success.

6. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.

7. Collaborate with the content team to produce blogs, case studies, and marketing assets aligned with client pain points.

8. Monitor campaign performance using marketing tools; provide insights for optimization.


Qualifications


Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 months of internship experience in sales or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B service industry.

2. Proven understanding of lead generation techniques (both inbound and outbound).

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Strong presentation and client engagement abilities with a consultative sales approach.

5. A target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales and marketing KPIs.

Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems.

6. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a cross-functional team.

7. Candidates having work experience in fields other than sales/marketing won't be considered.

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must be willing to work in the EST time zone.
  • Don’t apply if you are not looking for full-time employment after completion of your internship.
  • Only full-time work experience after completing education will be considered. Part-time or undocumented experience won't be accepted.
  • If you have less than 1 year of experience, you’ll need to do a 3–6-month internship prior to being considered for full time employment.
  • Shift Timings - 5 PM to 2 AM IST (remote)
