We work closely with startups, MSMEs, research institutions, and corporates to protect and commercialize their intellectual assets. Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience to expand our outreach, forge strong industry connections, and position PNA as a trusted IPR partner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients, with a focus on startups, MSMEs, and innovation-led businesses.
  • Build strategic alliances with incubators, accelerators, law firms, and professional networks.
  • Manage inbound and outbound business development pipelines.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns – digital and offline – to promote PNA’s IPR and other related services.
  • Represent PNA at conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and marketing content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare engagement reports.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development and/or marketing in legal, consulting, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with patents, trademarks, and startup/IP ecosystems would be added as an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and design platforms like Canva.
