Job Description: Business Development & Marketing Coordinator Company Type: IT Company Location: Chanda Tower, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Position: Business Development & Marketing Coordinator (Non-Target Role) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Performance-based incentives) Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday OFF) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply) 🔹 Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Coordinator to join our growing IT company. This role involves handling client inquiries, promoting company services, assisting in marketing activities, and supporting business development—without any aggressive sales targets. It is an excellent career opportunity for those who want to grow in IT Sales, Marketing, Client Communication, and Corporate Relations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Handling: Respond to client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Explain IT services such as software development, websites, digital marketing, and IT solutions. Guide clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable services. Maintain communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building. Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Marketing & BrandingAssist in digital marketing activities (social media posts, basic content, coordination). Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Support the team in lead generation through online platforms—no pressure, no sales targets. Participate in events, seminars, and exhibitions when required. Operations & CoordinationMaintain records, CRM entries, inquiry tracking, and documentation. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are delivered properly. Assist management with daily reporting and admin-related tasks. 🔹 Required Skills Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English) Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided) Good convincing and interpersonal skills Confident, disciplined, and positive attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Sheets, Email, CRM) Ability to manage time and multitask effectively 🔹 QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (any stream) Experience in sales/marketing/customer handling preferred but not mandatory Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply 🔹 Why Join Us?
