Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

As a Business Development and Marketing Manager at The Soluna Experience, you will play a crucial role in creating personalized luxury travel experiences for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive business and marketing plan to attract customers and grow the vertical. - Crafting and executing a compelling social media strategy to attract and engage our audience. - Managing business development efforts, including lead generation and conversion. - Creating and developing bespoke travel experiences in Goa through our partnership network. - Taking full ownership of TSE experiences from planning to execution. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - You're based in Goa or are willing to relocate here, and able to come to the office 3 days a week. - You have between 1 to 4 years of experience in business development and marketing. - You have a knack for building engaging social media strategies and content. - You're a go-getter with a proven track record in business development and marketing. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - You're obsessed with learning and building a business.
