Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

As a Business Development and Marketing Manager at The Soluna Experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business and marketing plan to attract customers and grow the vertical. Your role will involve crafting and executing a compelling social media strategy to attract and engage our audience, managing business development efforts including lead generation and conversion, creating and developing bespoke travel experiences in Goa through our partnership network, and taking full ownership of TSE experiences from planning to execution. Your qualifications for this role include being based in Goa or willing to relocate here and able to come to the office 3 days a week. You should have between 1 to 4 years of experience in business development and marketing, with a talent for building engaging social media strategies and content. A go-getter with a proven track record in business development and marketing, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills.
