What You’ll Do

• Develop & execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels

• Lead business development efforts — identify leads, build pipelines & close opportunities

• Create pitch decks, proposals & campaign strategies for new clients

• Collaborate with creative, social media & production teams for seamless execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners & collaborators

• Plan brand campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging

• Track campaign performance, analyze insights & prepare detailed reports

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities & industry growth opportunities

• Support overall brand building and expansion initiatives

What You Bring

6–8 years of experience

• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

• A solid understanding of digital marketing, content strategy & brand positioning

• Ability to think strategically and execute ideas with precision

• Experience in client servicing and partnership building

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools & proposal drafting

• A sharp eye for creativity and storytelling
