Compensation: ₹ 2-4 LPA (Based on experience) + Attractive Performance-linked Incentives

About Us:

Digiuniv Technologies is an early-stage startup on a mission to empower local vendors. Our flagship product, the Hargharwala App, is a business management platform designed to digitize the operations of milk, water, and newspaper vendors across India. We are a small, passionate team building a solution that creates real-world impact. We've just secured pre-seed funding and are ready to scale.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hustling Business Development & Growth Manager to own our entire user acquisition funnel. This is a foundational role where you will be directly responsible for driving vendor sign-ups and building the Hargharwala brand from the ground up. You will be a one-person army for growth initially, with the potential to build a team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Onboarding (Primary Focus):

  • Develop and execute a ground-level strategy to acquire and onboard milk, water, and newspaper vendors onto the Hargharwala platform.
  • Hit monthly/quarterly targets for new vendor sign-ups and activations.
  • Build relationships with local vendor associations, dairy cooperatives, and distributors to create partnership channels.
  • Conduct field demonstrations of the app to small groups or individual vendors, effectively communicating its value proposition.
  • Gather continuous user feedback and relay insights to the product team to help shape the app's development.

2. Digital Marketing & Brand Building:

  • Develop and manage low-cost, high-impact digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads) targeted at vendors in specific localities.
  • Create engaging content (e.g., videos, testimonials, posts) in regional languages to showcase app benefits and drive organic growth.
  • Manage our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to build community and trust.
  • Plan and execute hyper-local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

3. Analytics & Strategy:

  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all acquisition channels (digital and on-ground).
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics: Cost of Acquisition (CAC), Activation Rate, Conversion Rate, etc.
  • Use data to constantly optimize campaigns and strategies for better ROI.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

  • A Hustler: You have a "get things done" attitude. You are proactive, resilient, and not afraid to knock on doors or make cold calls.
  • A People Person: You excel at communication and building rapport, whether with a semi-literate vendor or a tech-savvy investor. Fluency in the local language is essential.
  • Data-Driven: You believe in numbers. You use data to make decisions and prove what’s working.
  • Tech-Comfortable: You are comfortable using a CRM, managing digital ad platforms, and understand basic funnels. Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Canva is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B onboarding, or performance marketing. Startup experience is a huge advantage.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is a plus, but proven execution skills are valued more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
