Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team for the UK market. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development, client handling, or lead generation, and must possess excellent communication skills in English. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to company growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through market research, cold calling, and online platforms
• Engage with international clients (UK region) via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Present solutions tailored to client needs and handle negotiations effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and ensure timely delivery of services
• Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities
• Maintain records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities in the UK market

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client interaction
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – Mandatory
• Ability to confidently communicate with international clients, especially from the UK
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in international B2B/B2C markets will be an advantage
