Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing relationships with clients and partners, analyzing market trends, and creating business strategies to expand market reach. The role includes developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and presenting business plans to stakeholders. The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, Market Analysis
• Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Contract Negotiation, and Presentations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
