Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business growth in the
government and education sector
(schools, colleges, universities, training institutes).
Identify and pursue business opportunities through
GeM portal, government tenders, and institutional procurement processes
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in
government departments, educational institutions, and PSUs
.
Promote and sell
IT hardware (interactive panels, projectors, AV solutions, etc.) and furniture solutions
to target clients.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals as per client/tender requirements.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and government policy updates relevant to education and IT infrastructure.
Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the region.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of proven sales experience
in government/education verticals.
Strong knowledge of
GeM portal, e-tendering, and government procurement processes
.
Experience in
furniture / IT hardware / AV equipment sales
preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market.
