Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for our on-site office located in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to achieve growth objectives. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to drive business success. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis
Competency in Distributor Management and Negotiation
Strategic Thinking and Planning abilities to drive business growth
Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Reporting
Knowledge of market trends and industry-specific business practices
Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in or knowledge of the food and beverage or FMCG industry is mandatory
Willingness to travel when required
