Business Development Manager

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Wheelers Global Study Abroad, you will play a crucial role in driving student recruitment for BHMS (Business & Hotel Management School, Switzerland). Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, seminar coordination, and managing the entire admission process as the direct delegate of BHMS. Key Responsibilities: - Generate high-quality leads for BHMS programs through multiple channels. - Counsel students and parents, converting inquiries into successful admissions. - Act as the official admission delegate for BHMS and manage end-to-end admission processes including applications, documentation, and follow-ups. - Organize and execute seminars, webinars, and info sessions to promote BHMS. - Collaborate with schools, colleges, and institutions for outreach programs. - Represent Wheelers Global Study Abroad at education fairs and promotional events. - Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets and maintain reports on leads, conversions, and event outcomes. - Build strong connections with students, parents, and academic partners to ensure exceptional student support throughout the admission journey. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree with 13 years of experience in overseas education/admission counseling. - Strong knowledge of international education, hospitality, and business programs. - Proven skills in lead generation, counseling, and event coordination. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage targets independently and work under pressure. - Willingness to travel for seminars, events, and student outreach.,
