We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand the distribution network of HP (Hindustan Petroleum) packaged drinking water. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding distributors, and driving growth in assigned regions. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand HP water distribution in the region. Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities. Build strong relationships with key accounts, institutional buyers, and channel partners. Provide regular market feedback to the management. Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and margin structure Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in B2B sales / channel sales / distribution management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of the water/beverages industry is preferred.
