Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the waste management sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand ZWC Solutions' market share in waste management. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including corporate entities, government agencies, and industrial clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets. Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Represent ZWC Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Qualifications: 2 -3 years of experience in business development or sales within the waste management or environmental services industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of waste management processes, regulations, and technologies. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
