Business Development Manager

Overview
This job is for the immigration company and for the field position. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Ludhiana (Punjab) and Amritsar ( Punjab).

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify and engage potential clients through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing, sales, and product strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals to associate so that they can value proposition of our services.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification Graduation is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in same field is required.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Strategic planning abilities to develop long-term business goals.
• A solid understanding of market dynamics and trends affecting the industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
