Job Description

Job Summary:

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place
bench consultants
(H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to relevant job openings through various channels (job portals, vendor lists, direct clients).
Develop and maintain relationships with
tier-1 vendors
, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Understand the
skill sets
of bench candidates and effectively market them according to job demand.
Work closely with internal technical recruiters and account managers to track market demand and pipeline.
Ensure regular follow-ups with consultants and vendors to maintain momentum.
Negotiate
rate/salary
, relocation, and other terms as needed.
Monitor job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and submit consultants for suitable requirements.
Maintain and update a strong
database of vendors and client contacts
.
Provide
daily/weekly activity reports
on submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience
in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
Strong understanding of
US work visas
and immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of job portals and sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully
placing bench candidates
.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong network of
vendors and implementation partners
.
Experience using
ATS systems
and CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Previous experience working in
fast-paced staffing agencies
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
