Position: Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing

Location: Remote/Bhopal

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in US IT Staffing sales and the ability to bring own client POCs / direct client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strong client engagement and partnership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development / Sales.
• Must have own POCs / direct client contacts with the ability to bring business from Day 1.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and market demand.
• Deep knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
• Experience in working with MSP/VMS accounts and Implementation Partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established direct client base in industries like Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Technology.
• Prior success in growing new accounts into large revenue-generating clients.
• Proficiency in using ATS, CRM tools, MSP portals, and job boards.
