About the Role

Business Development Manager

5+ years of proven experience in IT services sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the

    entire sales cycle

    from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Generate and convert leads for

    Mobile Applications, Custom Software Development, and AI/ML solutions

    .
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring achievement of both

    individual and team revenue targets

    .
  • Represent Ultrashield in client calls, discovery meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Understand client business challenges and

    consultatively pitch tailored solutions

    .
  • Prepare proposals, capability decks, and solution presentations aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Design, AI/ML) for feasible solutioning.
  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with

    C-level decision-makers

    .
  • Explore new opportunities via

    domestic & international markets

    (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC).
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and activity logs using

    CRM tools

    .

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum

    5+ years of experience

    in B2B sales for

    Mobile App Development & Software Development services

    (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in

    international client acquisition

    and closing large deals.
  • Strong understanding of

    SDLC, software engineering workflows, AI/ML, and emerging tech trends

    .
  • Experience in

    team management

    , with the ability to mentor and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to speak confidently with clients and

    position solutions like a tech consultant

  • Proficiency with

    CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and structured sales methodology
