Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

• Engage with hospital stakeholders virtually and in person to understand their

unique business needs and align them with the product capabilities.

• Be familiar with philosophy, intentions, objectives, business value and

architecture of products to align features as closely as possible to customers

need.

• Generate new business leads through strategic outreach, including cold calling,

email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and conference participation.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of healthcare IT

platform to customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Implementation) to relay

market feedback and influence product roadmap.

• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to identify upselling opportunities,

encourage renewals, and gather feedback for future product enhancements.

• Respond to proposals, reports and supporting literature if required by customers.
