As a pioneering consultancy firm grounded in data-driven insights, we specialize in bridging the crucial gap between graduating from school and seamlessly enrolling in higher education institutions across the globe.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Howrah for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and managing projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending meetings with potential clients, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis
Experience in developing Business Strategies and managing Projects
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Relevant experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of achieving sales/business development targets is preferred.
Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have a strong inclination towards Sales and Marketing and a passion for the education sector.
