Key Responsibilities Guide students through career exploration and higher education planningConduct one-on-one counseling sessionsFacilitate workshops on skills development and mental wellnessCollaborate with schools and parents to create a personalized student roadmapMaintain detailed student records and progress reportsStay updated on global university admissions trends and procedures Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skillEmpathetic, student-first approach to counselingKnowledge of higher education systems (India & abroadBachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred) Prior experience in school counseling, education, or student mentoring is a plus Why Join Us?
