You will be joining Texila American University Consortium (TAU-C) as a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Coimbatore. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and devising growth strategies to boost revenue. Your daily tasks will involve conducting market research, meeting with clients, and creating proposals. As a BDM - School Outreach & Partnerships, your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing partnerships with high schools or educational institutions. - Conducting onboarding sessions, orientation, and training programs for school counsellors and key school staff. - Organizing informational sessions, webinars, or virtual campus tours of TAU campus for targeted high schools each quarter. - Increasing student applications from partner schools. - Achieving intake Enrollment targets from the School channel. - Identifying and implementing upskilling programs tailored for school counsellors to enhance their understanding and promotion of TAU programs. - Encouraging school partners' participation in internal training programs to keep them informed of changes, updates, and new offerings. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong Sales and Negotiation skills - Proven track record in Business Development and Client Relationship Management - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage - Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Experience in the education sector is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field If you have experience in B2B Sales from any industry and possess strong communication skills, you are encouraged to apply for this position by sending your resume to varun.m@texila.org.
