We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
• Promote company’s products and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales processes
• Provide excellent after-sales service and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to lead client meetings and field visits if required
• Prefer local candidate
