Business Development Manager - Technical Sales/Robotics Training

You will be joining our team as a Business Development Manager - Technical Sales/Robotics Training, where you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative educational products and solutions related to Robotics, STEM, AI, and Experiential Learning to schools, colleges, CSR partners, and educational institutions across various regions in India. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Masters Degree (B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA/B.Sc./M.Sc.) with prior experience in technical sales, educational product sales, or the EdTech domain being preferred. Your key responsibilities will include developing and expanding B2B partnerships, managing the complete sales lifecycle, conducting impactful product demonstrations and training sessions, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills in English and Hindi, technical aptitude, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to lead generation and client conversion. The role will require extensive travel across Rajasthan and occasionally to other states for client meetings and demonstrations. Having internship or project experience in EdTech, technical sales, or client servicing, familiarity with Robotics/STEM/AI-related technologies, or understanding of institutional sales, or B2B educational marketing will be considered a plus. This is a full-time position that involves a combination of field and office-based work, with frequent travel for client visits, demos, and sales meetings. Your work schedule may occasionally extend to weekends or evenings to align with institutional schedules and events.
