Role Overview:

Business Development Executive / Team Leader


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective lead conversion and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business development executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective learners and provide guidance on suitable training programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the EdTech sector.
  • Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to management.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum

    1–2 years of proven experience in EdTech sales

    (team handling experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
