Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Should be having exposure in IT Infrastructure service domain.
