What will you work on


  • Lead Generation

    : Drive high-impact business opportunities through strategic prospecting, industry networking, and partnerships. Identify scalable opportunities aligned with business priorities and oversee the full revenue funnel.
  • Client Engagement

    : Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals to pitch comprehensive, high-value content and media solutions.
  • Market Research

    : Stay ahead of industry trends, client shifts, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities, refine positioning, and guide strategic outreach.
  • Collaboration

    : Partner closely with Content, Production, Post Production to ensure alignment and deliver client solutions effectively, while driving internal accountability toward shared goals.
  • Brand Representation

    : Represent the company and its offerings in a professional and solution-oriented manner during client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
  • Team Management

    : Lead, coach, and support junior team members ensuring goal alignment, performance tracking, and capability building across the BD function.

Who are we looking for


  • 5 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, with a strong preference for candidates with

    media sales

    or content sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging key stakeholders and closing high-value deals.
  • Proven ability to independently own and scale client accounts, drive revenue growth, and contribute to overall business strategy.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing performance, and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A deep understanding of the media and content landscape, with a pulse on how brands engage with content platforms and audiences.
