Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing business strategies, and driving the sales process. The role will also involve market research, creating proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strong skills in Market Research and Strategy Development Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the card manufacturing or financial services industry is a plus Proficiency in English and local languages Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel as required
