Job Description

Identify New Business Opportunities

Liaison with MD, operational heads and senior doctors to identify new business opportunities for probiotics in hospitals and clinics.
Generate leads and initiate contacts with hospitals, healthcare providers and distributors.
Develop partnership and distribution models to drive probiotic adoption.

Build and Maintain Relationships

Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, hospitals, medical associations and nutritionists.
Understand healthcare providers needs and position probiotic products as effective solutions.
Act as the primary liaison for hospitals and healthcare institutions regarding probiotic offerings.

Drive Revenue Growth

Onboard hospitals and clinics using strategic partnership models.
Create and implement sales strategies with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Present product propositions, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Monitor and report on probiotic sales performance and market growth.

Strategic Planning and Execution

Collaborate with marketing team to develop educational campaigns and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and end consumers.
Represent the company at industry events, medical conferences, and scientific forums.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and latest probiotic research findings.

Collaboration and Communication

Provide regular business development updates, market intelligence, and performance reports to management.
Conduct scientific presentations, training sessions, and workshops for doctors, pharmacists, and nutritionists.
