As a Business Development Manager for Student Recruitment, your role will involve supporting the growth of the organization by expanding partnerships, driving student recruitment, and improving operational efficiency in the education sector. You will focus on building strong relationships with recruitment partners, supporting enrolment targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and establish partnerships with student recruitment agencies and education or training providers - Support the achievement of student recruitment targets for each intake - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers - Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction - Support programme management teams to maximize student enrolment - Attend business meetings and deliver training to new and existing recruitment partners - Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning - Analyse financial data to improve profitability and reduce operational costs - Conduct market research to identify new business and growth opportunities - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop cost-effective business strategies - Present organizational offerings and negotiate agreements with potential partners Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Strong business acumen with attention to detail - Flexibility and willingness to travel when required In addition, candidates must be legally authorized to work in India.
