Role & responsibilities

Generating leads for new business development
Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.
Identifying right clients across the industry.
Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.
Achieving revenue targets.
Preparing client contracts
Dynamic, open-minded, self-starter who enjoys Business Leadership roles.
Will be responsible forattracting, developing, and closing new businessrelationships.
Primary goal will always be toidentify potential clients, secure new business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationshipswith new clients.
Must possess an exceptionally vast network, saturated with industry Intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources toachieve company objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

6-10 years into Business Development with experience working with Architect Firm/ Interior Company catering to commercial interior fit out projects.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Goal-oriented and organized team player who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
