About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and result-driven Business Development Manager with 6+ years of experience in selling Digital Transformation Services and Digital Product Engineering Solutions. The Ideal candidate will represent BigStep to prospects and clients, talk about technology solutions like an expert, deliver high-impact pitches, conduct independent discovery and proposal calls, and nurture long-term client relationships.


Role Description:


  • Own the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Pitch and position BigStep’s digital solutions across web and mobile development, UI/UX, product engineering, cloud/DevOps, and AI/ML to key decision-makers.
  • Run discovery calls, solution demos, and proposal walkthroughs with prospects.
  • Build long-term client relationships and convert leads into recurring business.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Represent BigStep at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and CRM documentation.


What we are looking for:


  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales of digital services, including application development, product engineering, cloud, AI/ML, and UI/UX.
  • Strong understanding of software development and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and “talk tech.”
  • Proven experience in handling enterprise clients and closing mid-to-large deals.
  • Self-starter with the ability to run independent client engagements.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
