Responsibilities

  • Conduct meetings with senior decision-makers including

    CEO, CFO, and promoters

    of mid to large enterprises.
  • Identify and acquire SME clients requiring business loans / working capital / structured finance solutions.
  • Handle complete deal management from lead generation to closure.
  • Present lending solutions effectively and build strong client confidence.
  • Coordinate with internal credit teams for appraisal and loan structuring.
  • Prepare and analyze client financials, cash flows, banking, and business models.
  • Ensure high conversion ratios for large-ticket loan proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
