We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our presence in the luxury interior segments from designer furniture and modular kitchens to lighting, sanitary ware, and soft furnishings.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Smart Homes, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and building strategic relationships across the luxury interiors market. If you are passionate about premium design products and have a flair for client engagement and consultative selling, this is your calling.

Key Responsibilities

premium clientele, cultivating long-term relationships

igh-quality leads

architects, interior designers, and consultants

proposals and sales presentations

strategic sales plans

new business opportunities

consultative selling approach

negotiations and deal closures

RM records, manage follow-ups, and track client interactions

enhance brand visibility and expand

market trends, competitor activity

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience

communication, negotiation and presentation skills

MS Office and CRM platforms

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first, solution-oriented mindset.

high outreach and engagement calls, visits and networking

independently and in a cross-functional team

Two-wheeler is mandatory for client and site visits

Nice to Have
