Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and establish strategic tie-ups with universities, higher education institutions.
Develop partnership proposals tailored to the needs of academic institutions.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with academic decision-makers.
Coordinate and implement MoUs, partnership agreements, and collaboration frameworks.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align university partnerships with company goals.
Monitor performance of partnerships, ensuring maximum value is delivered and received.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and university events.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track partnership progress through CRM tools.
Stay updated on trends in higher education and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
1–6 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or educational partnerships.
Strong understanding of the education ecosystem and university operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed for meetings and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
