Business Development Manager – B2B Sales (Kraft Paper Trading)

📍 Rudrapur, Uttarakhand | Industrial Sales | Retainer + Commission

We are a reputed kraft paper trading company

🔹 Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients in the packaging, corrugation, and printing sectors.
  • Present pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Ensure a

    minimum 30% advance payment

    from new accounts.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure timely collections.
  • Track competitor activity and market price trends.
🔹 Requirements
  • 2–6 years of

    B2B sales experience

    (Packaging, Paper, Printing, or Industrial raw materials).
  • Proven deal-closing and negotiation skills.
  • Communication:

    Hindi (mandatory), English (preferred)

    .
  • Self-driven, trustworthy, and result-oriented.
🔹 Compensation
  • Retainer:

    ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • Commission:

    A fixed commission on net revenue collected
  • Travel reimbursements + performance bonuses
