Job location- Bangalore Experience required- 10-12 years in corporate Designing firm Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and driving growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, preparing sales pitches, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning Strong understanding of market research and analysis skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in preparing sales pitches and closing deals Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently Show more Show less
