  • Industry/ Sector: TIC Industry
  • Scope of job /Activities handled: Business Development in TIC industry for Manufacturing/Supply chain / Aerospace / Railways / Metro
  • Report directly to the Regional Manager / SBU Heads
  • Leads sales and client-relationship management, track new markets and emerging trends, recommends new services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships to meet the financial targets.
  • Responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding brand presence.
  • Assist Regional Manager and Head SBU to achieve yearly budget and monthly review of it.
  • Strategic Business Development Planning and implementation.
  • Key account Management.
  • To set, monitor sales targets, take corrective actions & achieve the same & deliver outstanding customer service.
  • To contribute to the motivation & development of a strong sales team.
