Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT staffing and services. This role is critical for driving the growth of our company through new client acquisition and effective response to RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leverage previous experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT sector to build client relationships and expand our clientele.

Utilize expertise in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and drafting contracts to secure new business opportunities.

Exhibit exceptional sales skills, with a track record of achieving targets in the IT staffing and services domain.

Develop and implement advanced strategies for client acquisition and prospecting, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

Additional responsibilities may include attending industry events, networking, and staying updated with the latest trends in IT staffing and services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the IT sector, specifically in staffing and services.

Experience working with US-based companies and understanding of the US market.

Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
