Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and land development projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers.
  • Proper squeezing of Leads.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development and sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive pre-sales, lead generation, and manage the sales funnel from inquiry to closure.
  • Assist in site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with prospective clients and partners.
  • Ensure post-sales service and maintain client satisfaction for referrals and repeat business.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
  • Understanding of RERA and other real estate regulatory norms.
  • Local market knowledge of [City/Region].
