Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at our hospital, your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral networks for partnerships. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics will be crucial, and you will need to adjust strategies to meet objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote hospital services. - Oversee content creation for advertisements, brochures, social media, and the hospital website. - Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness drives to enhance brand visibility. - Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. - Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and concerns to enhance satisfaction. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and patient needs. - Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making. - Recruit, train, and manage the sales and marketing team. - Set performance targets and provide coaching to ensure team success. - Plan and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively. - Track expenditures and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
